Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of TrexAPI, including account access, subscription management, API key handling, and acceptable use of the TokenZip payload platform.
Account responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining control of your account credentials and any API keys generated for your agents.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep subscription details current when using a paid plan.
- You must promptly report unauthorized access or suspected account compromise.
Acceptable use
- You may not use TrexAPI to distribute malicious payloads, evade security controls, or violate the law.
- You may not attempt to replay signed requests, interfere with the service, or abuse shared infrastructure.
- You may not resell access to the service without a separate enterprise agreement.
Subscriptions and service changes
Paid production access is tied to an active subscription status. TrexAPI may suspend or revoke access for non-payment, fraud, security incidents, or material violations of these terms. Plan features and limits may evolve as the platform matures.
Availability and warranties
TrexAPI is provided on an as-available basis. We aim for reliability and clear communication, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service in all circumstances unless a separate SLA applies to your account.
