Refund Policy
This policy explains how TrexAPI handles subscription cancellations, billing corrections, and refund requests for paid production plans.
Standard subscription handling
Self-serve subscriptions are processed through our billing provider. If you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period unless a different term is stated in your agreement.
When refunds may be considered
- Duplicate billing caused by a processing error.
- Incorrect charges caused by a platform-side subscription handling issue.
- Exceptional cases reviewed by the TrexAPI team and the billing provider together.
When refunds are typically not available
- Unused time remaining in the current billing period after a routine cancellation.
- Failure to cancel before an automatic renewal date.
- Loss of access caused by account suspension for fraud, abuse, or material terms violations.
How to request help
Send billing questions to support@trexapi.com with your account email, approximate billing date, and any receipt or subscription identifiers you have available. We will review the case and coordinate next steps with the billing provider when needed.
