This policy explains what information TrexAPI, operated by TokenZip Labs, collects when you create an account, use the dashboard, provision API credentials, or complete subscription checkout.
Information we collect
- Account information such as your email address, account status, and session metadata.
- Subscription metadata including plan, billing status, and customer or subscription identifiers from our billing provider.
- Operational metadata needed to protect the service, such as API key usage timestamps, IP-derived session context, and webhook event logs.
How we use information
- To authenticate users, manage sessions, and provide access to the dashboard.
- To provision, suspend, and monitor API credentials associated with a paid account.
- To process subscriptions, detect abuse, and investigate reliability or security incidents.
Data sharing
TrexAPI shares billing-related information with our billing provider only as needed to process subscriptions and reconcile billing events. We do not sell customer data, and we limit access to service data to operational, subscription, or security needs.
Retention and security
We retain account, session, and billing records for as long as they are needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and investigate abuse. Secrets are not returned after creation, and stored API key material is encrypted when a session secret is configured.
